JH: Reporting for Ozzie. We created and revived a new Google Group. We are implementing a paid members discussion forum group. We moved website to new host. Upgraded the software. In process of getting pay-pal set up. Which will make signing up for KDP more efficient

Finance committee - call for new chair
JH: Don't currently have a finance chair. I would like to rename it Events committee. Or fundraising. Developing implementing events. Which is a bylaws change. We are recruiting. Looking for volunteers? Small events around the state.
RA: cookie sales at ongoing events. Easy small things. Once your doing something you feel connected.

Nominate: Rebecca Armstrong would like to volunteer for finance committee chair.

RA: would like to volunteer in her area locally but not as state chair.
CW: describes filling position process
JH: If someone volunteers we should accept their offer. Finalizing votes for Events chair will continue on line. We will change the name through correct procedures according to the by laws.
