The Kansas Progressive Caucus operates according to the bylaws that were adopted at the Progressive Caucus Membership meeting at the Washington Days annual convention in Topeka Kansas on Saturday March, 3, 2007.

These ByLaws provide a clear and consistent set of rules for the operations and evolution of the Caucus.
